We offer a 30-day guarantee on our ‘Full Service’ procedure if the following conditions are met:

1. Every member of the household is checked by us for lice.
2. Every member of the house that we find is positive for lice is treated with the full-service procedure.
   ‘Kick-Start’, and ‘Comb-outs’ are not guaranteed.
3. Every member the tests negative for lice gets the final rinse to ensure any stray bugs within the family
   are dead, and there is no chance of cross-contamination.
4. If conditions are met, and a failure occurs, the guarantee will be in the form of a one-time free re-
   treatment.
